1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the video game Deal with the Devil (the "Game"), published by Devilish Games ("we," "us," "our"). By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not play or install the Game.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Game's software or content.
• Circumvent technical protection or access unauthorized data or services.
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without written consent from Devilish Games.

All rights not expressly granted remain with Devilish Games.

3. Accounts and Platform Services

The Game may connect to platform services for authentication, achievements, or leaderboards. These include:

• Google Play Games Services (Android)
• Apple Game Center (iOS)
• Steamworks / Steam Account (Windows/Linux)

Your use of those services is also subject to each platform's own terms and privacy policies. We do not control or assume responsibility for those services.

4. Online Features and Leaderboards

When you sign in through your platform account, your display name, score, and related data may appear on public or global leaderboards. By participating, you consent to this display.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove inappropriate names or content.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores.
• Harass or impersonate other players.
• Upload or transmit malware or harmful code.

We may restrict or remove access for violations of these rules.

6. Purchases and Refunds

Platform-specific store policies (Steam, Google Play, App Store) govern all purchases and refunds. We do not process payments directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, audio, code, and design elements in Deal with the Devil are owned by Devilish Games or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devilish Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.

Your sole remedy is to stop using or uninstall the Game.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate online features or access at any time, for maintenance, updates, or policy enforcement.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update these Terms or the Game itself at any time. Updates will be effective once posted or distributed. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada (or your country of residence if different), without regard to conflict of law rules.
